    “Spending time on toilet seats can cause ‘pile’ “- Medical Doctor warns people that spend hours using their phones in the toilet

    Nigerian medical practitioner, Dr. Olufunmilato has warned Nigerians against sitting in the toilet for too long. According to him, this can lead to a person developing Hemorrhoids also known as pile.

    In a Twitter thread, Dr Olufunmilayo explained what could happen to the anus after prolonged sitting on a toilet seat.
