As 2023 general election is gathering momentum, there are strong indications that Senator Ifeanyi Ubah, Stella Oduah, Lynda Ikpeazu and host of others are set to defect to Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
Though, sources familiar with political events in the state told Tori Media that the fear of being given Governor Umahi’s treatment is part of the reason why most of the political gladiators wants to return to PDP.
Meanwhile, governor of Ebonyi state, David Umahi, his deputy and other lawmakers at the state House of Assembly who defected from Peoples Democratic Party to All Progressives Congress last week were sacked by the court under the Lordship of Justice Inyang Ekwo in a landmark judgement.
