Schwarz’s defeat against Fury was the first and only loss of his 27-fight professional career, with 24 victories coming before he was stopped by Fury in Las Vegas.

Kanye West is reportedly heartbroken but has “finally accepted” his marriage to Kim Kardashian is over.
The Billionaire rapper, 43, was hoping that the pair would “fix things” but has now admitted defeat.
A source close to the Gold Digger rapper told HollywoodLife : ““Kanye is very sad that it has gotten to this point. But reality is now reality, and he is making sure to get the best out of the situation.
“Instead of extending the heartbreak it is easier to start getting things done for the benefit of the whole family.”
Another source revealed that friends had told the star to hire a good lawyer and settle this once and for all.
They said that Kanye has “finally listened” and that was why on April 9 he filed paperwork asking for joint legal and physical custody of their children in their ongoing divorce.
Kim, 40, has also requested joint custody of their kids; North, seven, Saint, five, Chicago, three, and one-year-old Psalm.
The second source admitted that Kanye’s main concern is getting equal rights to see his children.
They confessed that taking the step to admit their marriage was over was “very painful” for the rapper. But they added: “He’s in a place of acceptance now, there’s really not any other option.”
A third source told HollywoodLife that Kanye just wants to be “in a good place” with the reality TV star and that he’s prepared to take the steps needed to achieve that.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star first filed for divorce in February after seven years of marriage, citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their divorce.
Former governor of Imo state, Senator Rochas Okorocha, has broken his silence following his arrest by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) on Tuesday, April 13.
Okorocha was arrested by the EFCC operatives at about 4:10pm on Tuesday at his Unity House office located at Garki, Abuja over alleged misappropriation of public funds while he was governor of Imo state between 2011 and 2019.
Speaking on what he was arrested for, a source in the commission told The Nation;
“The ex-governor has been on the EFCC radar in the last three years over alleged N7. 9 billion money laundering. One of our investigators appeared in court and declared why he was wanted.
He also has questions to answer on a separate N1.5 billion hospital built with funds from the Imo State accounts and traced to one of his former aides.
On July 25, 2019, we invoked Section 17 of the Advance Fee Fraud, and other Related Offences Act 2006 to seize the hospital which ex-aide disowned.
Okorocha has to explain the mystery behind the hospital. His former aide and members of board of directors of the hospital said they did not know how it was built.
The managing director of the hospital, on invitation, could not also explain how the hospital project was funded.
But, preliminary investigation confirmed that a former permanent secretary during Okorocha’s administration was a signatory to the hospital’s accounts.
There may be other multiple cases as uncovered by the past and present administrations in the state. He is undergoing interrogation as I speak with you.”
In a statement released by his media aide, Sam Onwuemeodo, Okorocha said since the anti-graft agency was only doing its job, he would cooperate fully with it.
“To us, the Commission is doing its job and should be given the needed co-operation. And Okorocha being a law-abiding citizen, would always cooperate with the Commission over the Matters in Courts.
EFCC is not a slaughter House, but a very responsible institution and should be seen as such” Onwuemeodo said
He maintained the Imo West Senator is being investigated because of the new leadership at the commission.
“The truth is that, Okorocha left as the governor of Imo State on May 28, 2019. And shortly after his exit as Governor, Imo State Government wrote petitions upon petitions against him. The EFCC investigated the petitions and has been in various Courts of the land with Okorocha, to that effect.
And if the EFCC has decided to invite Okorocha for Clarifications on the matters already in Courts, especially with a new Chairman at the helm of affairs at the Commission, there is nothing wrong with that.
The matters between EFCC and Okorocha over his governorship in Imo, have been pending in various Courts of the land. At the end of the day, we would know whether the Commission will be withdrawing the Cases in Courts, or would continue with the cases already in Courts.”Onwuemeodo said
Former Minister of Aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode says a ship from Nigeria has been impounded while it was trying to smuggle 7,200 penises into the Asian country.
FFK made the claim on his Twitter handle on Tuesday, April 12. It reads;
”A ship from Nigeria has been impounded in China whilst trying to smuggle in 7,200 penises. Hundreds of thousands of Nigerian penises are smuggled nto China every year. Nigeria is the worlds largest exporter of penises & this is why kidnapping & ritual killings are rife here.
What do the Chinese do with these penises & why are they obsessed with Nigerian ones in particular? This is not joke but a serious question. The Chinese should leave our penises alone & those that procure them for them in Nigeria should be regarded as terrorists & eliminated.”

Queen Elizabeth II is yet to make a decision as to whether Prince Harry can be referred to as “His Royal Highness” during the funeral service for his grandfather, Prince Philip.

It is believed he could be referred to as simply as the “Duke of Sussex” for the service but it is up to the Queen to make the final decision.
According to reports, Harry, who was stripped of his military titles, will not be expected to wear his military uniform during the funeral.
On the other hand, Prince William could wear his military uniform at the service for his grandfather.
Royal expert Richard Fitzwilliams said anything which would “distinguish” the brothers is likely to be avoided.
He said: “This is obviously very sensitive. Anything that distinguished the brothers in that way, which would be so obvious for anyone watching, would probably be avoided.
“The whole thing we do not want is any form of rift. I’d suggest it would be handled in such a way as it goes totally smoothly without a hitch, and there are no issues.”
Odion Ighalo has revealed why he left his boyhood club Manchester United and turned down offers from West Brom and West Ham’s to stay in the Premier League.
The former Super Eagles of Nigeria captain joined Manchester United in January 2020 from Chinese Super League club Shanghai Shenhua on an initial six-month loan.
His deal was later extended in June 2020 until January this year, when he left for Saudi Arabian side Al-Shabab after scoring five goals in 23 appearances for the Premier League club.
Speaking to Sky Sports about his departure, Ighalo says he is ‘so happy’ he was able to represent Manchester United but admits he left his dream club due to a lack of game time.
Asked if he could have stayed beyond January this year, Ighalo said: ‘There wasn’t much possibility because I wanted more playing time. At my age, I want to play and not just sit on the bench and not have any minutes.
‘I didn’t just want to be there picking up a salary – I wanted to be involved so I said to my agent that if an offer comes in, I will look at it and see what’s best for me, which is what I did.
‘I’m so happy that my path crossed with Manchester United – it’s the club I love with all my heart and for all my life so playing for them was a big privilege that I do not take for granted.
‘No matter the circumstances that led me to leave, I will always be grateful to the coach, my team-mates, the fans, and everyone around Manchester United. After my initial loan was extended, I did not play much which was perhaps a bit unfair but as I said, I am always grateful for the opportunity.’
Ighalo also revealed that West Ham and West Brom both made offers to keep him in the Premier League when he was set to leave Manchester United,
‘Yeah, there was the possibility of West Ham and West Brom to stay in the Premier League, which I thought about,’ he added.
‘But after being at Manchester United, the biggest club in England if not the world, what else could I possibly do in the Premier League?
‘I had good offers to stay in England, but I just didn’t think I could stay after achieving my dream of playing for the club I had supported since I was young.’
While there are reports that Paul Pogba, one of Ighalo’s former United teammates could leave the club this summer, Ighalo believes the United board must do everything within their power to keep the ‘influential’ 28-year-old France midfielder.
‘He’s one of the best players I’ve played with and one of the best players at Manchester United. Apart from playing on the pitch, he’s a good guy in the dressing room, a funny guy, he’s always happy.
‘The only time he isn’t happy is when he’s not playing and I can understand that – everyone wants to play. If Manchester United have the opportunity to keep him on a new, longer deal, they should because he is so influential.’
The US today, April 13, stopped using the Johnson & Johnson Covid-19 vaccine over blood clot concerns.
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has called for use of the jab to be suspended after six young women developed blood clots after receiving it.
The six women who developed clots were aged between 18 and 48; one of them died and another is in hospital, the New York Times reports.
On Twitter the FDA said: “We are recommending a pause in the use of this vaccine out of an abundance of caution… Right now, these adverse events appear to be extremely rare.”
The news makes Johnson & Johnson’s vaccine – made by a Belgian subsidiary called Janssen – the second to become embroiled in a blood clot scare.
Countries in Europe, including the UK, have stopped giving the AstraZeneca vaccine to young people because of concerns it might increase the likelihood of a rare type of brain blood clot that can trigger strokes.
The FDA can’t force doctors to stop using the vaccine without stripping it of official approval, which it hasn’t done, so the decisions will be made by individual states.

Gannon also said that the video appeared to show an officer had shouted “Taser!” but fired her handgun accidentally, killing Daunte Wright.
According to Wright’s mother, who had spoken to her son before the shooting, he was pulled over for having an air freshener hanging from his rearview mirror, which is illegal in Minnesota.
Police said Monday that he was stopped for a traffic violation. Brooklyn Center Police Chief Tim Gannon said he believes, based on the body camera video, that the officer who shot Wright mistakenly believed she was firing a Taser and not her gun.
Wright was shot about 14 miles north of where George Floyd, another black man was killed last year. Former Minneapolis police Officer Derek Chauvin is on trial charged with second-and third-degree murder. Chauvin knelt on Floyd’s neck for more than nine minutes.
In a tweet, Biden wrote: “Today I’m thinking about Daunte Wright and his family and the pain, anger, and trauma that Black America experiences every day. While we await a full investigation, we know what we need to do to move forward: rebuild trust and ensure accountability so no one is above the law.”
Speaking with reporters in the Oval Office about Wright’s death Sunday, President Biden said: “I haven’t called Daunte Wright’s family, but my prayers are with the family. It’s really a tragic thing that happened. The question is was it an accident? Was it intentional? That remains to be determined by a full-blown investigation,” he said, describing the body camera video of the shooting as “fairly graphic.”
Biden called for any protests against Wright’s shooting to remain “peaceful.”
“There is absolutely no justification, none, for looting, no justification for violence. Peaceful protests, understandable, and the fact is that, you know, we do know that the anger, pain, and trauma that exists in the Black community in that environment is real, it’s serious and it’s consequential. But it will not justify violence and/or looting,” he said.
“And we should listen to Daunte’s mom, who is calling for peace and calm,” he said.
Asked whether he would deploy federal resources to help keep the peace, Biden noted that he had already done so because of Chauvin’s trial.
“There are already federal resources,” Biden said. “There will not be a lack of help and support from the federal government if the local authorities believe it’s needed.”
Authorities have identified the female officer who fatally shot Daunte Wright during a weekend traffic stop near Minneapolis, sparking protests and unrest.
Kim Potter has been with the Brooklyn Center Police Department for 26 years, the Minnesota Department of Public Safety Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) said in an emailed statement.
The BCA said she’s on standard administrative leave, but would not disclose any further details, citing the active investigation into Wright’s death.
Wright, a 20-year-old Black man was shot and killed during a traffic stop just before 2 p.m. Sunday in Brooklyn Center, after officer Potter said she mistook her taser for a gun and fired at him. He died about 10 miles from where George Floyd, another black man was killed by a Minneapolis police officer last year.
A police body camera captured the moment a female police officer shot and killed a 20-year-old black man during a weekend traffic stop near Minneapolis.
Daunte Wright, a 20-year-old Black man, was fatally shot by officer Kim Potter on Sunday afternoon, April 11 during a traffic stop in the Minneapolis suburb of Brooklyn Center.
During a Monday afternoon press conference, Brooklyn Center’s police chief Tim Gannon gave law enforcement’s side of the story before releasing the video of the fatal shooting.
Gannon said three officers stopped Wright and a passenger in a car with expired license-plate tags on Sunday night.
After running Wright’s identification, officers found an outstanding warrant for an unspecified gross misdemeanor. One officer removed Wright from the car to take him into custody.
Body-camera footage showed what happened next: Wright stepped out of the driver’s side of the vehicle, with his arms and hands held behind his back. As an officer attempts to handcuffs Wright, he broke free and jumped into the driver’s seat.
Another officer, wearing the body camera whose footage was released, pointed a weapon at Wright during a struggle with another officer, and yelled, “Taser! Taser! Taser!” The officer then fired a single shot, which was not from a Taser but from a firearm. “Holy shit, I just shot him!” the officer yelled as Wright drove away in the car.
He reportedly drove some distance before he struck another vehicle. When officers caught up to him they administered first aid, officials said, but Wright died of his injuries.
Wright’s passenger, described as his girlfriend, was reportedly uninjured after the shooting.
The Hennepin County medical examiner said Wright died of a gunshot wound to the chest, ruling his death as a homicide.
According to Wright’s mother, who had spoken to her son before the shooting, he was pulled over for having an air freshener hanging from his rearview mirror, which is illegal in Minnesota.
Following the news of his death, hundreds of people gathered to protest, and after a night of unrest, including looting, the National Guard was called in and a curfew was declared.
President Biden has called for any protests against Wright’s shooting to remain “peaceful.”

A man has died after a shooting outside a hospital in Paris, police say.
Two people were shot by an assailant outside the Henry Dunant private hospital in the 16th arrondissement at about 1:40pm on Monday afternoon, April 12, Reuters reports.

Henry Dunant, owned by the French Red Cross, is also currently being used as a Covid-19 vaccination centre.
The University College Hospital (UCH) Ibadan has taken delivery of its first set of triplets via an In Vitro Fertilization procedure in the hospital.
The delivery of the babies lasted 45-minutes. Hospital authorities say the mother and the babies, all females, are in good condition. The babies weighed 1.4kg, 2.5kg, and 2.4kg respectively.
The excited father of the babies, Dr. Kehinde Osiki of the Department of History and Strategic Studies at the University of Lagos, couldn’t contain his joy as he watched the birth of his babies.
While expressing delight over the delivery, the UCH Chief Medical Director (CMD), Prof. Jesse Otegbayo, described it as another success story for the hospital. Wagner Ribeiro, Neymar’s agent has claimed PSG rejected a €300 million (£260m/$357m) bid for Neymar in 2019.
According to Wagner Ribeiro, Paris Saint-Germain made it clear that even “a billion” would not be enough to get the Brazilian.
PSG smashed the world transfer record in the summer of 2017 to sign Neymar away from Barcelona in a €222m (£192m/$264m) deal.
Since Neymar’s move to PSG there have been reports he could come back to Spain, with Barcelona his former club also interested.
Ribeiro, a former agent of Neymar, told L’Equipe: “At that time, he was close to going to Real Madrid. Madrid were willing to pay €300m for him. Florentino [Perez] told me, but Nasser [Al-Khelaifi] refused. ‘Not for a billion, he’s not going to go!’ He told me.”
Ribeiro added: “He is happy there. No club in the world can offer you what PSG offers. Only they can afford Neymar. Madrid has financial problems. Barca? Even worse. In Italy and United or City? I don’t think so.
“In Paris he makes a good living and plays for a very good team. This season they will win the Champions League and Neymar will land the Ballon d’Or.”
Neymar has scored 83 goals in 106 appearances, helping PSG win domestic honours and reach the Champions League final.

Officer Joe Gutierrez who was one of the Virginia police officers that held a Black Army officer at gunpoint, handcuffed him and doused him with pepper spray during an illegal traffic stop has been fired.
TM reported earlier that two officers from the town of Windsor drew their guns, pointing them at US Army second lieutenant Caron Nazario and used a slang term to suggest he was facing execution.
Town authorities said in a statement they were joining calls from election officials, including Governor Ralph Northam to request an investigation by Virginia State Police into the December 2020 encounter.
Following an internal investigation, the town said that Gutierrez did not follow department policy. They did not provide any further information on the other officer involved in the incident, Daniel Crocker, but said the department is requiring additional training.
The town said;
“The Town of Windsor prides itself in its small-town charm and the community-wide respect of its Police Department.
“Due to this, we are saddened for events like this to cast our community in a negative light. Rather than deflect criticism, we have addressed these matters with our personnel administratively, we are reaching out to community stakeholders to engage in dialogue, and commit ourselves to additional discussions in the future.
“At the conclusion of this investigation, it was determined that Windsor Police Department policy was not followed. This resulted in disciplinary action, and department-wide requirements for additional training were implemented beginning in January and continue up to the present. Since that time, Officer Gutierrez was also terminated from his employment.”
Nazario who released without being charged, has accused the officers of using excessive force, illegally searching his car and violating his constitutional rights.
His attorney, Jonathan Arthur said;
“To unbuckle his seatbelt, to do anything, any misstep — he was afraid that they were going to kill him.
“What prompted him to file is the need to stop this conduct. The need to hold these two officers accountable and make sure they cannot do it again.”
Virginia Governor Ralph Northam called the incident “disturbing” and said on Sunday April 11 that he is directing the state police to conduct an independent investigation.
Media personality, Shade Ladipo, has said that Prince Phillip, husband of the queen of England, will never know peace. The Duke of Edinburgh died on Friday April 9 at the age of 99.
Reacting to the news of his demise on her Instastories this afternoon, Shade said the whole British monarch is” built on slavery and colonization of Black people” and for this reason, late Prince Phillip and the whole monarch ”can never rest in peace.”
The United States has said it would not “trade shots in arms for political favors” with other countries.
When outlining the State Department’s plans to share supplies of Covid-19 vaccines with other countries, Secretary of State Tony Blinken said the US is only concerned with saving lives and not playing politics.
“This is about saving lives,” Blinken said during remarks at the State Department.
“We’ll treat our partner countries with respect.”
While making the remarks, Blinken unveiled a new Covid coordinator, Gayle Smith, as the US has come under increasing criticism for its failure to share unused vaccines with other countries, even as Russia and China have aggressively started sharing their vaccines with nations around the world.
“As we get more confident in our vaccine supply here at home, we are exploring options to share more with other countries going forward,” Blinken said.
“We believe that we will be in a position to do much more on this front. I know that many countries are asking for the United States to do more, some with growing desperation, because of the scope and scale of their Covid emergencies. We hear you, and I promise we’re moving as fast as possible.”
Blinken also underscored the need for global cooperation and for the US to help other countries.
“Even if we vaccinate all 332 million people in United States tomorrow, we would still not be fully safe from the virus,” the top US diplomat said in remarks at the State Department.
“Not while it’s still replicating around the world, and turning into new variants that could easily come here and spread across our communities, again, and not if we want to fully reopen our economy, or start traveling again.”
“This pandemic won’t end at home, until it ends worldwide,” Blinken said.
He also appeared to take a swipe at Russia and China.
“We won’t overpromise and underdeliver. We’ll maintain high standards for the vaccines that we help to bring to others, only distributing those proven to be safe and effective. We’ll insist on an approach built on equity,” Blinken said.
China has taken a different approach to the US and is exporting vaccines widely before making them widely available at home. The Chinese Foreign Ministry announced last month that it is providing free vaccines to 69 countries and commercially exporting them to 28 more.
A 12-year-old boy has died after he jumped from the roof of an Upper East Side building in New York City.
The unidentified boy landed on a parked car, shattering the front window of the vehicle when he jumped from the roof of the 15-story apartment building at 1045 Park Avenue on Tuesday, April 6.
EMS was called to the scene and transported the boy to Lenox Hill Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead, according to the police. A medical examiner will determine cause of death.
The NYPD said they responded to the scene following a 911 call around 3:45pm, without revealing more details as the investigation is ongoing.
The apparent suicide comes after mental health professionals expressed worry over the effects of a year’s worth of lockdown and no school on younger people.
The death of the 12-year-old is similar to another death in Manhattan that took place on October 19.
Matthew Pierre, 13, was found shirtless on the ground around 6am after plunging 20 stories off a terrace to his death outside an apartment building West 43rd Street near Ninth Avenue in Hell’s Kitchen.
Police are investigating Pierre’s death as a suicide because of a cryptic post they found on the teen’s computer to the New York Post.
A hotel owner has been accused of murder after a young couple were found dead in a shower from carbon monoxide poisoning.
Jean Vosloo, 25, and Mari Hoon, 28, were found dead by a pal at the Kliphuis Guesthouse in the Eastern Cape of South Africa last year.
Vosloo, an agriculture graduate, and Hoon, who studied business management, were due to get married last month.

The engaged couple from Gauteng had been staying at his hotel located 11 miles from Kareedouw, for a mini-holiday when the unexpected happened.
Stephan, friend to the couple made the gruesome discovery of their bodies on April 26 last year.
The police then launched an investigation into the death of the couple who had no apparent injuries.
A toxicology report later found they died from carbon monoxide poisoning and their blood contained more than 70 percent of the deadly gas.
Following statements from witnesses and experts over the last year, police then charged Pretorius with two counts of murder.
“Pretorius’ arrest follows an extensive investigation, which started on Sunday, April 26, 2020 as an inquest,” police spokesperson Sergeant Majola Nkohli said, according to Algoa FM.
Sune Hoon, Mari’s sister, said the young couple met when they were students in Stellenbosch and got engaged two years later.

Dr. Dre has denied his estranged wife’s abuse claims amid their ongoing divorce battle.
The 56-year-old hip-hop mogul filed new legal documents in his already ugly divorce with the 51-year-old mother-of-two as he claims that her abuse allegations are false, according to a report from TMZ.
In the documents, Dre real name Andre Romelle Young called the claims “appalling”. He also denies abusing Nicole before they were married, including the night before their wedding.
He also accused Nicole of bringing up abuse claims in an attempt to squeeze money out of him as there is $1billion on the line.
The new documents come after Dre was granted “single status” from a judge during their divorce.
The music mogul ‘s attorney Laura Wasser had filed court documents ‘requesting a bifurcation of Dre’s divorce,’ which would declare himself and Young ‘single.’
“Dre says his divorce from his estranged wife, Nicole Young, has gotten to the point of no return,” the court documents read.
He also alleged in the court docs that he has ‘been trying to settle the divorce with Nicole since she filed in June 2020,’ but claimed she is purposely ‘dragging her feet.’
It also comes after Dre recently agreed to pay Nicole US$2 million (approx. $3.2 million) in temporary spousal support to cover her living expenses. In the legal docs obtained by The Blast, the money should be used to cover her living expenses until they can agree on a final figure.
The former couple has been trying to settle their divorce since Young filed in June last year.
Young and Dre share two children: 23-year-old son Truice and 19-year-old daughter Truly. Dre also has four children from previous relationships. The exes tied the knot in 1996.
A Nigerian cleric, Archbishop Samson Benjamin, has protested against bad governance, President Buhari’s adminstration, political, traditional and religious leaders.
The General Overseer of Resurrection Praise Ministry, Lagos, popularly known as Jehovah Sharp Sharp, carried a coffin as he marched through the streets of Festac, Navy Town, Alakija, Satellite Town, on Sunday, April 11.
The cleric claimed God asked him to do so because he wasn’t happy with the government and the state of the nation, adding that he embarked on this protest after “a spiritual journey of more than one year”
“From the 15th of September 2019 up until this moment, I have not eaten food cooked by fire or any pleasant food, I have been seeking the face of God over this great country,” he said.
“Last week, I had a mortal vacation, which was a solitary confinement where I didn’t talk to any human to be with the cabinet of the trinity, I didn’t see the sun, moon, clouds. What you are seeing me do here right now is what the Prophets of Old would do. God will ask them to carry a symbol when he wants to pass a message to the leaders of the nation.
“He said to me ‘Go and carry a coffin on your head, it is not furniture or anything for interior decoration, it is good for nothing, it is at the end of the life of a man that he is put into a coffin.”
According to the cleric, God said to him: “Tell the leaders that they have intentionally depleted the common resources that belong to this great country and have brought hardship on the citizens, I am not happy with it.”
”Archbishop Benjamin said Nigeria as a disappointment to God “who brought people of various ethnicities together and gave them the resources”
“But those in power have chosen to make the commonwealth of the country their personal property, this is the reason I am carrying this coffin, God is not happy, and he is saying it is not political leaders alone, including the religious and traditional leaders.”
Explaining why he didn’t take it to the Aso Villa, the seat of power in Abuja, Benjamin said God had not asked him to do that yet.
“Human rights is the right of citizens of this country, we have found ourselves in a government that sees you as an enemy when you are being constructive in your criticism.” he said.
He called on those in power to sit and decide if the country should stay together or not.
“Secession cry is everywhere, the question is, Is it God’s will that all these must happen? We need to sit down at a round table and look at it again what and what put us together, whether those things are still workable today or are no longer workable.” the clergyman concluded.
A woman has died in a nursing home just hours after she reportedly received her first coronavirus vaccine in Queensland, Australia.
Queensland Police confirmed the 82-year-old woman died on Wednesday, April 7, and that her death was not being treated as suspicious.
The woman was living at the Yurana aged care facility in Springwood in southeast Queensland and received her vaccine around 10am today, the Courier-Mail reported.
It’s unclear if the woman’s death is linked to the vaccine because she was battling several health issues, including lung disease.
A police spokesperson told Yahoo News Australia a report will be prepared for the coroner.
In a statement, Australia’s Chief Medical Officer Professor Paul Kelly said it is “inevitable” elderly people who get the vaccine will die soon after.
“Sadly more than 1000 people pass in aged care every week. It is inevitable, as the head of the TGA (Therapeutic Goods Administration) has noted, that this will include people who have been recently vaccinated,” he said.
“The medical experts and the TGA will review the specifics of such cases and reach a conclusion based on the facts.
“It can be expected that older and more frail people in an aged care setting may pass away due to progression of underlying disease or natural causes, this does not mean the vaccine has contributed to this.”
He added the TGA is monitoring Covid vaccinations in elderly patients all over the world and is in contact with regulators across the globe.
“The TGA will continue to monitor the safety of COVID-19 vaccines as they are rolled out in Australia and internationally,” he said.
“As with any other reported case it is investigated although at this stage there are no signs of any causal link.
The triplet brothers, Chinedu, Chukwuebuka and Kenechukwu Onyia, who got married to their wives same day, have welcomed baby boys within same period.
It will be recalled that photos of the couples went viral after the wedding ceremony which took place in Ngwo, Enugu State on June 6, 2020. Read HERE
Contrary to what trended online, the wives are not triplets. They are from three different states – Enugu, Delta and Imo.
It was gathered that the wives of the triplets, Mary Dumalu, Okwuoma Chekwube and Chinwendu Charity, gave birth to baby boys within same period.
Just like their weddings, the couples held a joint church dedication for their sons on Easter Sunday, April 4.
The brothers said that it was their late mother’s wish that they get married same day but unfortunately she didn’t live to witness the joyous occassion.
“It was our wish, while we were growing up, to have it like that. It was also our mum’s wish for us to marry at the same time. She always imagined the three of us getting married on the same day. She felt it would look very nice and prayed for it to happen because it was not going to be easy for all of us to be ready at the same time,” said the eldest of the triplets, Chinedu, who got married to Damalu from Delta state.
“Our mother died in 2013 so unfortunately, she wasn’t there to witness it. If she were alive, she would have been excited. I know she would have gone down on her knees to thank God for answering her prayer and making her wish come true” he added.

His girlfriend, Abby De La Rosa, shared beautiful pregnancy photos and videos and revealed in the caption that she’s expecting two boys. She added that Nick is the father of her twin boys.
She wrote: “Our dearest sons – my miracle babies,
“Thank you for choosing me to be your Mommy. I know the Lord has destined me and prepared me for the gift of not one but two little angels. I pray that God give you both the strength to walk brave and boldly in your individual truth just like your Daddy. That God bless you and your brother and guide you into living out your full purpose.
“Your Dad & I will always be here for you both; in complete unison and support. No matter what this world may throw your way, know that forgiveness is key and what is for you – is for YOU! You both are already so loved and we can’t wait to meet you both.”
Nick already has twins – a boy and a girl – with his ex-wife, Mariah Carey. He also has two children – a boy, aged 3, and a girl – with Brittany Bell. Nick and Brittany welcomed their second child together only months ago, in Dec 2020.
Abby is expected to have her babies soon. This means she and Brittany were pregnant together before Brittany had her child last December.
Nick Cannon has been involved with quite a number of women over the past few months. He spent Valentine’s Day weekend with Lanisha Cole and Brittany Bell. Both women took to Instagram to claim Nick Cannon was their valentine.
Model Lanisha Cole, who claims to be Cannon’s girlfriend, shared a video of him surprising her with a room filled with balloons. She also posted a photo of her and Cannon with the caption: “Forever and always #MyValentine.”

The controversial Onitsha-based cleric is currently in the news after he vowed never to forgive comedienne Ada Jesus who accused him of conniving with actress Rita Edochie to stage fake miracles.
Taking to Facebook on Monday, April 12, the Malawi-based priest stated that Odumeje and all his antics has nothing to do with Christianity.
“Because we like to play to the gallery, because we are mostly never sincere to ourselves, and because we play too much, that is why you will see the words “Christian”, “pastor”, and “Odumeje” in one sentence,” Fr. Ugwu said.
“Some of you mistake “thou shall not judge” for “thou shall not say the truth.” This is why even a Catholic Church in the east had to invite Odumeje to one of their programs and he came and turned everything into a show.
“Well, for a truth, he entertains, that was why I once wrote about him as the new clown in town. But you see, the moment you call him a Christian pastor, you immediately insult everything Christianity stands for”

New Mexico State public safety officials have released disturbing patrol car dashcam video showing a violent February encounter during a traffic stop that claimed the life of a New Mexico State Police officer.
In the dashcam video, drug dealer is seen executing a cop during a routine traffic stop before he was shot dead in a hail of bullets after a 40-mile chase by other officers.
The shocking footage shows violent criminal Omar Felix Cueva, 39, stepping out of the driver’s side of his Chevrolet pick-up truck with an AR-15-style rifle before firing one shot at New Mexico officer Darrian Jarrott.
Jarrott had stopped Cueva, who police say had a ‘violent criminal history’ including drug charges involving cocaine and meth, on February 4 on the eastbound Interstate 10 between Deming and Las Cruces after noticing his windows were tinted.
After walking over to the passenger-side window of Cueva’s vehicle, the officer politely said to him: ‘Good afternoon, sir. My name is Darrian Jarrott. I’m with New Mexico State Police. The reason for the stop is your window tint is a little too dark.’
Cueva then mutters something that wasn’t clearly heard.
Jarrott, a father of three children whose partner was pregnant at the time of his death, says: ‘Yeah, mind if I open the door? Or if you want to roll down the window more.’
In a brief conversation lasting around three minutes, the officer asks if Cueva had insurance, to which he replies ‘yes’, and confirms his name, before asking him to come over to his patrol car so he could run checks.
As Cueva opens his door, Jarrott saw his rifle and asked, ‘You have a firearm on you, do you mind if I take that off you, for my own safety?’
The officer then says, ‘Let’s go to my vehicle OK’, at which point Cueva gets out from the driver’s seat holding the rifle – which Jarrott is unable to see because his view is blocked by the pick-up.
As both men slowly walk towards his patrol car, Cueva suddenly brings out the rifle, with Jarrott shouting ‘oh s***’ before being shot.
Jarrott, 28, fell to the ground, with Cueva walking over to him to shot him several more times, including once point-blank in the head before he took off in his truck.
Less than a minute after Cueva fled, a Homeland Security Investigations agent arrived on the scene and reportedly notified dispatch that Jarrott was down.
A 40-mile chase ensued, during which Cueva exchanged fire with officers from New Mexico State Police, the Cruces Police Department, the Dona Ana County Sheriff’s Office, and US Border Patrol.
Tire deflation devices and other maneuvers were eventually used to force the fleeing vehicle off the highway, and there was a final exchange of gunfire in which Cueva was killed and surrounded by armed troopers aiming their weapons at him.
Military tensions between China and the US in the South China Sea spiralled over the weekend as a Chinese aircraft carrier entered the region while a US Navy expeditionary strike group wrapped up military exercises.
China’s Global Times Newspaper on Sunday said the country’s first aircraft carrier, the Liaoning, entered into the South China Sea on Saturday April 10 after completing a week of naval exercises around Taiwan.
The Liaoning’s arrival in the South China Sea came after a US Navy strike group, together with the aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt and amphibious assault ship USS Makin Island, conducted exercises in the South China Sea a day earlier.
The two big warships were joined by a cruiser, destroyers and smaller amphibious ships.
The ships also carried hundreds of Marine ground forces from the 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit as well as helicopters and F-35 fighter jets.
“This expeditionary strike force fully demonstrates that we maintain a combat-credible force, capable of responding to any contingency, deter aggression, and provide regional security and stability in support of a free and open Indo-Pacific,” US Navy Capt. Stewart Bateshansky, commodore, Amphibious Squadron 3, said in a statement.
According to Reuters, on Monday, April 12, more than 1,700 US and Philippines troops will begin two weeks of military exercises.
The drills will focus on testing the readiness of US and Philippine troops to respond to attacks and natural disasters, the Reuters report said.
The US and the Philippines are tied by a mutual defense treaty, where both countries come to the aid of one another in case of an attack by China.
Military officials believe it won’t be long till the defense treaty is put you test as Chinese vessels plan to enter the Whitsun Reef, owned by Phillipines but claimed by China.
China claims almost all of the 1.3 million square mile South China Sea as its sovereign territory, despite claims from the Philippines, Japan, Taiwan and other Asian countries .
American boxing legend, Evander Holyfield is reportedly set to make a return to boxing for the first time in a decade to face Kevin McBride.
Sports Illustrated reports that the former undisputed cruiserweight and heavyweight boxing champion will face McBride in an eight-round exhibition on the undercard of Triller’s June 5 pay-per-view event, which will feature Teofimo Lopez defending his unified lightweight titles against George Kambosos in the main event.
The 58-year-old, whose last fight in the boxing ring came in May 2011 will be hoping to defeat Kevin McBride after Mike Tyson recently revealed his plans to fight him and Lennox Lewis this year.
‘I want Holyfield and I want Lennox Lewis this year,’ Tyson revealed on his Hotboxin’ Podcast.
‘I want both of them, I want to get them both this year. I also want to box an exhibition with Tyson Fury.
‘If I do that – even if I can get those two guys [Lewis and Holyfield], I’ll say, ‘This is a wrap, I’m just gonna live life.’
‘And that’s just exhibitions. I’m gonna break all my professional true records with exhibitions.’
Holyfield, who finished his career with a record of 44 wins and ten losses, is the only man to beat Tyson twice, winning by knock-out in the 11th round in 1996 before their infamous 1997 bout, where Tyson was disqualified for biting his rival’s ear.
Iran has said it will “take revenge” for an attack on an underground nuclear site, allegedly carried out by their eternal enemies, Israel.
According to Iranian officials, the Natanz uranium enrichment plant was the target of “nuclear terrorism” on Sunday, April 11, after the nuclear site experienced power failure.
The reported attack on the nuclear site came after the Iranian government announced it had activated new advanced centrifuges to help enrich its uranium.
Uranium can be used to produce power but at high levels can also be used to produce nuclear bomb.
Israel has vowed that Iran will never be allowed to produce nuclear weapons.
“The Zionists want to take revenge because of our progress in the way to lift sanctions,” Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif was quoted by state media as saying on Monday.
“They have publicly said that they will not allow this. But we will take our revenge from the Zionists.”
Foreign ministry spokesman Saeed Khatibzadeh also told a news conference in Tehran that Israel was “of course” behind the attack on Natanz.
“This incident, fortunately, did not cause any damage to human lives or the environment. However, it could have been a catastrophe. This is a crime against humanity and carrying out such actions is in line with the essence of the Zionist regime,” he said.
Mr Khatibzadeh said only the least efficient “IR1” centrifuges were damaged in the incident, and that they would be replaced with advanced ones.
Israel has not yet officially accepted responsibility for the attacks but Israeli radio reported top level intelligence sources saying the nuclear site attack was a cyber attack carried out by It’s spy agency, Mossad .
Israel and the US also say that the attack on the site had caused more extensive damage than Iran wants it’s citizens to believe as a large explosion had completely destroyed the independent internal power system that supplied the centrifuges inside the underground facility.
The US and Israel believe it could take at least nine months to resume uranium enrichment in that site..
Last week Israel gave warnings about Iran’s nuclear programme amid efforts by Joe Biden’s Administration to revive a 2015 nuclear deal that was abandoned by former US President Donald Trump.
The 2015 nuclear deal was struck between Iran and six other countries stating bthat the Islamic republic would limit it’s nuclear work in return for an end to harsh economic sanctions. The Obama administration in 2015 also sent billions of dollars to Iran following the nuclear deal agreement.
But Iran re-started its advanced nuclear work after former US President Donald Trump pulled out of the deal and re-imposed sanctions on Iran.
Prince Harry has arrived in London without his heavily-pregnant wife Meghan Markle ahead of Prince Philip’s funeral.
This is the Duke of Sussex’s first visit to Britain since quitting royal duties and the couple’s bombshell Oprah interview.
The Duke of Sussex was reportedly seen leaving his California home on Saturday night, April 10, in a black Cadillac Escalade to board an early-hours flight from LA, and disembarking a BA plane at Heathrow airport around 10 hours later on Sunday, April 11.
Harry was met by security off the plane and put into a black Range Rover, before he was reportedly driven to Kensington Palace.
It is thought he will be quarantining at Nottingham Cottage, where he proposed to Meghan in 2017, because his official home under the Megxit deal, Frogmore Cottage in the grounds of Windsor Castle, has been handed to Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank, who had their first child in February.
Harry can leave quarantine after five days rather than 10 if he provides a negative coronavirus test under the Government’s Test to Release scheme. However, he will be allowed to attend Philip’s funeral regardless, as official guidelines state those coming in from abroad can leave isolation “on compassionate grounds”.
