Algerian President, Abdelmadjid Tebboune slams on French President, Macron

Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune takes on Macron, demands full respect from France following a diplomatic row over visas and disrespectful comments from Paris about Algeria.

This comes after dwingling French influence in Africa.Looks like France still has the colonial hangover and has forgotten that Algeria is a sovereign state and no longer its colony!

“France should forget that Algeria was once a colony because now it has become a country with all its pillars, strong army and economy” he said.

Algeria has called on France to be held accountable for Genocide it perpetrated during the colonial rule and recalled ambassador from Paris on 2nd October in anger over inadmissible comments from French President Emmanuel Macron.

Algeria has also taken a bolder step to ban French military planes from its airspace a day after.

The return of Algerian ambassador to France is conditional based on the total respect for the Algerian state and its people, Tebboune told local media on Sunday.
