Greece is keeping the system offline, after reporting a Cyber attack on its Postal Service on Sunday.
A service disruption was announced on Monday – while claiming isolating its data center has helped mitigate impact.
The attack reportedly targeted a single workstation, exploiting an unpatched vulnerability, and looking to encrypt systems critical to business operations.
No ransom has been requested so far – but it’s suspected that personal data may have been breached. Bill payments and financial transaction orders are currently unavailable.
